Hi,
I was on one of the many fan websites for Chris last night & I heard them saying how rude you were to Chris AGAIN.
Well, I thought they must be just too sensitive (I missed it but had it on tivo). I just watched this morning and all I can say is, do you have no idea how many fans he has?
I am 30 yrs old, one of the Younger fans.
I am ashamed to admit that I really did not vote, not a fan of AI just watched b/c I was told of Chris and Chris got me hooked, on him!!
I did not vote as many other older people did not b/c
1. thought he was a shoe in (I am ashamed of that now).
2. I did try after the first time he was in the bottom two and it took an hour to get through just one time..my husband thought I had lost my mind (he does not watch AI).
I am an adult, I have my own animal rescue and at night I have to tend to my animals. I cannot sit on the phone for two hours and hit redial...my fault....I have never beat myself up over anything more.
Last night you hugged Chris, good move, BUT then you told him "you have a good seat, take it"? Why in the world would you say that? You could have said a number of things that would have sounded soo much better!! It came across as very rude and you upset soo many people!!
Just FYI..on just one of Chris's websites (not one that asks you to vote for most popular AI) he has more hits than all of Kat's websites COMBINED.
On the ones that do ask you to vote, take a look, he is the highest male on there..has moved way up!!
I cannot imagine what you were thinking last night (except keep the show going) but you have got to show a nicer side to Chris...the older people...the ones I am sure you do not want to really dislike you...do.
I am not one for negative emails but I just do not understand you at all..and thought maybe you just do not understand the following (mature following) that he has.

He is so shallow he probably doesn't even care. THAT is a case of someone getting too big for his britches. A total Dick Clark Junior wannabe.

| Sunnygirl, you're much more mature than I would have been. I would have probably knocked Ryan's obsession with his appearance, then reminded him that Teri Hatcher is WAY out of his league! I don't think he realizes how expendable he is; there are plenty of "radio personaltites" that could host the show every bit as well as he does, without being so snarky toward the contestants. |

I do not feel I can be too bitter (openly) b/c I am part of the reason he got voted off....I am soo sorry you guys...I am one of the many who let you all down!! Yes, I sent this to both his personal email address and then the webmaster at his personal webpage. Maybe, b/c it is not too rude he will see it or his powers that be will?? |

I agree. It seemed like Chris was going to say something but then Ryan's goes right over to Kat's fam and leaves him hanging. Thinking positive: Ryan didn't talk to any other contestants in the audience but Chris even though Kellie Pickler was right behind him and Mandy Moore was about two seats behind  |

Sometimes Ryan just runs his mouth without thinking, I believe. I am trying to remember who it was that was singing and paula was dancing along, and Ryan said "Wow Paula, I feel like I need to give you a dollar." No one was especially amused and Simon called him out on it and told him he was out of line.
Let's face it - it has taken him 5 years to garner his recognition. Everybody knows who Chris is, but to a lot of people, Ryan is still "That announcer guy on American Idol". Jealousy can be such an ugly beast. |

I SENT AN E-MAIL TO RYAN THE DAY AFTER CHRIS GOT VOTED OFF. I LET HIM HAVE IT. I DECREASED HIM TO LOWER THAN DIRT BY THE TIME I WAS DONE WITH MY WORDS TO HIM. I DON'T KNOW IF HE EVEN GOT IT OR READ IT, BUT I FELT GREAT AFTER SENDING IT.
CHRIS HAS SO MUCH CLASS AND FOR RYAN TO TREAT HIM LIKE THAT SHOWS ME THAT RYAN IS A PIECE OF S_ _ _! WHO THE HECK IS HE ANYWAY HOW DID HE GET SO POPULAR.
CHRIS PROBABLY DOES NOT GIVE HIM THE TIME OF DAY ANYMORE AFTER ALL THE OFFERS, PRESS AND SUPPORT HE HAS RECEIVED AFTER HIS VOTE OFF.
SEND E-MAILS TODAY, JUST LET HIM HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT AMERICA THINKS OF HIM. WE CAN VOTE HIM OFF THE SHOW FOR NEXT SEASON, NOT THAT I AM GOING TO WATCH, BUT LET HIM WALK AWAY WITH HIS FOOT IN HIS MOUTH! |

ONE THING I WANTED TO SAY TO YOU. I GIVE YOU CREDIT TO COME ON OUR BOARDS AND ADMIT THAT YOU DID NOT VOTE, IT IS LIKE PUTTING YOURSELF IN THE WOLVES BIN LOL!. DON'T BEAT YOURSELF UP CAUSE ALOT OF PEOPLE HAVE BUSY LIVES. AT LEAST CHRIS' FANS DID NOT CHEAT THE WAY THEY SAY KATS AND TAYLORS FAN DID WITH THE ELECTRONIC VOTING. WE REALIZE NOW THAT LOOKING AT THE BIG PICTURE - THAT CHRIS IS BETTER OFF HE IS ONLY TIED TO AI UNTIL SEPT.

THANK YOU...Of course I am now supporting him (I am going crazy).
I have downloaded his song (same song..paying the $.99) 8 times trying to make myself feel better and trying to make it up to you guys!!
I have bought his Absent Element CD & will buy multiple copies of his newest cd (when it comes out)...my friends & family will now know what they are getting for Christmas. |

| Ryan is one of the reasons why I vowed to never watch Ai again, after the way he was rude to Chris the first time when he eliminated him, I cant stomach that guy and I did not watch ai last night because it makes me want to throw up seeing the last two that are left, but I will watch it tonight only because of Chris, and after that, I will never watch again |

If Ryan Seacrest had to depend on audience votes to keep him on tv, he wouldn't even get cast on a genital warts commercial.
